I have always wondered why you can’t just pass one background check and have a code on your DL that indicates you are a law abiding citizen unlikely to commit a violent crime.
PDJT should propose a Red Flag bill that protects due process thus: no gun seizures before “accused” confronts his accuser in a hearing, only sworn testimony with prison for felony perjury, and freedom to sue false accusers.
Oh, and testimony about someone’s mental state must come from a mental health professional.
