I got work waiting in PA for when even Staten Island is affected too much by the Pezzonovante in Manhattan and other boroughs.
Another term win by a leftist gov or mayor may do the trick.
Will try one last major effort to vote them out.
Then the “for sale” sign goes up
Something like 800 people a day are leaving the city.
Some advice. Don't wait too long. If you wait until everyone else realizes what is going on the exit get really crowded.
The straw that breaks your back and incentivizes you to finally leave may also rest heavy on your neighbor. Better to be ahead of the herd in this instance.
PA may not even be the best choice.....I have family that would leave if they could.
Pezzonovante - Hadn’t heard that since I was a kid.
I think both Uniontown & Windber have a local Satriale's... So PA would be a comfortable choice... {:-)
I’ve already made that decision and moving from New York State. I left queens nearly 20 years ago and now completely fed up I’m moving from that State.
As soon as the deep winter hits and power demands skyrocket the word will be out;
As soon as all the electric car drivers discover the joys of alternate charging days, the word will be out;
As soon as the price of electricity goes far above the national average, the word will be out;
As soon as people begin to freeze in their homes, the word will be out.
Sell now, before the word gets out. After that it will be too late, as home prices begin to circle the drain.
