"So what?": South Carolina Democrats not bothered by Joe Biden's gaffes

You really believe Hillary will be the Democrat’s candidate?

I don’t.

The Democrats have put themselves into a box.

Any “old white dude” is not going to have a chance. They have spent the past few years demonizing white (straight) males. That takes a number of potential candidates off the table.

This leaves them with a woman (and to be politically correct it has to be a “woman of color”). While this may make their base happy, what about fly over country. We have already had a “person of color” as President and things were worse for having done so. Unless very well qualified (and none of those in the race today are, they will need to find an unknown, sort of Obama II woman edition.

The Democrats have moved beyond “liberal” into full scale communism without restrictions on the government at all. Are the American voters ready to become Venezuela II?

The last problem the Democrats have is that they will be facing someone who does not see a person’s gender or race as a shield to protect them from criticism. President Trump will attack who ever the Democrats choose, there will be no free ride (like Obama had) into the White House.

I agree wholeheartedly that they are in a box. Every one of them has so much baggage, none of which has even been touched. No matter who they put up there, it’s going to be a disaster. Sanders seems to already be fading away given how angry he seems to be getting and now he wants to just erase all medical bills. Amazing.

It won’t be Harris. She’s an absolute nightmare. And there’s so much dirt on her that I’d ‘almost’ feel sorry for her, almost.

That leaves Biden or Warren. No way the Dem Leaders are going to let Gabbard stay in much longer.

I guess Buttiegeg has a chance and he is raising some money, but there is still that tape recording that he is hiding like Soetero hid all of his records.

There’s only two people left, I guess. PIAPS or Moochelle

Moochelle will definitely get propped up there but she’ll get destroyed as well for her hypocrisy and all the shady stuff she did before the White House, when she was in Chicago.

And then there’s the risk that someone like Sanders, at the urging of the Squad or some other Socialist/Progressive/etc, will go 3rd party and really screw things up for them.

I think it’s pretty obvious that PIAPS should fade into the sunset, but she’s arrogant and she owes a lot of people. And she probably has the goods on damn near everyone.

We shall see. One thing is for sure, we haven’t seen anything yet. As the days tick away, they are going to start getting brutal with each other. In their desire to get the nod, they might just take each other out in a circular firing squad. Be fun to watch.

We are still early in the election cycle. Once the primaries begin it should get real interesting.
