This is like congress setting up a commission to recommend which military bases to close because they don’t have the guts to name them themselves.

This is a powerful move. It is. It might get into the heads of the millions of Americans who pay no attention to politics and when they vote just vote like their parents and grandparents voted that their government has been HOPELESSLY corrupt for decades and the Trump Administration wants to do something about that.
