Overstock.com CEO, Patrick Byrne, resigned amid some 'deep-state' controversy. He exclusively tells FOX Business' 'Bulls & Bears' why he did that.
Claims:
Byrne now says in 2015 and 2016 the FBI operation was part of a network of political surveillance being conducted by the FBI on presidential candidates.
Byrne names FBI Agent Peter Strzok as the person giving the instructions.
Byrne names: Hillary Clinton, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and Donald Trump as the four candidates under FBI surveillance, and/or inside an operation consisting of political espionage.
Byrne claims he was offered a $1 billion bribe to keep his mouth shut.
Byrne claims there are additional witnesses.
Byrne states he went to the DOJ in April 2019
Well, he claimed that the DOJ (Barr, et al) has all the detail that he provided. Names, events, explicit details, etc. We will see what happens —
They won’t find him. He is safely hidden out of the country.
Seems like this is one of two things. Either he’s got balls the size of Manhattan or he is throwing a Hail Mary to prevent his suicide.
The story is strange and he comes off as strange.
Bloomberg article already painting him as a kook. (written before his TV appearances today)

He seems to speak passionately but the claims are nebulous and he doesn't offer proof if he has any.
I've said in the past all it will take to break this case open is one person to come forward and tell us what they know.
Is Patrick Byrne that guy or is this disinformation to muddy the waters?
Frankly, I don't know what to make of this.
Hopefully, time will tell.

I know nothing about this guy. Is this how he is normally or is this completely out of character?
At this point I'm not sure how to process his claims or if he's even credible.
Coming off as strange as the guy in the goofy suit and awkward gait who dops through Overstock.com commercials.

It did, but as the CEO of a company like Overstock, I think that is unlikely. I think it’s more likely that he’s a little jumpy because of Epstein and what he is exposing.
