August in Washington can be the political equivalent of an elephant graveyard: One good rain can wash away the dirt and expose the bones of scandals past.
And this August did not disappoint. Thanks to the relentless investigative work of Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), we are learning that the Hillary Clinton email case may not really be settled.
A staff memo updating the two senators long-running probe discloses that the FBI the version run in 2016 by the now-disgraced and fired James Comey, Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok failed to pursue access to highly classified evidence that could have resolved important questions.
The failure to look at the evidence back in 2016 occurred even though the agents believed access to the sensitive evidence was necessary to complete the investigation into Clintons improper transmission of classified emails some top secret on her unsecure private email server, the memos show.
To make matters worse, the Trump Department of Justice (DOJ) has known about that decision since at least 2018, thanks to the work of the DOJs internal watchdog, Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz, who provided DOJ leaders and Congress with a classified appendix explaining what happened.

IMHO FBI Director Wray needs to be fired. He is obstructing justice and covering up for the wrong doers in the FBI.
Thank you for showing the pictures of the children and adults the FBI burned alive.
“Intentional disinterest and indifference” doesn’t even begin to cover it. These people (FBI) are 100% owned, lock, stock, and barrel, by Clinton Crime Inc. The FBI needs to be dissolved. Save the crime lab, maybe put them in DHS. Maybe save the low level field agents. But everyone at or above the first level of management cannot be trusted to have a shred of integrity - fire them all.
This one was much more conceptualized and structured; it also started much earlier...even before the primary season! But Trump and his base won't roll over and he'll not just win re-election, but serve out TWO FULL TERMS as president, as well.
That Will leave a mark.
Absolutely agree. We don’t really need a politicized and mostly incompetent and unaccountable secret federal police anymore.
In all this mess... in all this hate and division... it could not be possible except the media (and I wish there was another name for them) talks it 24/7 every day of the week and 52 weeks times 3... they are the ones who spread this hate and division and murder spirit.. all over ... they will pay dearly for this in time.. I just can’t believe evil will triumph for the rest of this country’s life.
If people would not look/listen.. not be taken in by the left.... IF.... there are too many who will believe.. and they are the ones who are just angry and need someone to hate anyway.
when Roosevelt was President, they were able to keep his paralysis from most of the country... today they can’t wait to get the dirt on the air if it’s someone they don’t like... tv and computers have changed us from being civil to hate and disruption and “get out of my space”..
We are in a civil war and will not admit it.
BS!!!
“There are no good agents. Just end the Bureau.”
The Director is an appointee; his assistants may be as well. But the rest are civil service employees. The President can remove a civil service person if there is proof that they’ve committed a crime but he can’t summarily fire the entire rank of employees.
In regards to Hillary Rotten Criminal, it was an attempted coup de ‘twat.
“SHE’S GOIN DOWN!”

Actually, he gave Mondale an even worse beating...
Carter: 49, Reagan: 489
Mondale: 13, Reagan: 525
>> if anyone is still interested in this stuff.
Yup, this is where the paydirt is earned.
I remain optimistic as well, that something will be done, that somebody will be held accountable and actually pay a price besides being fired.
However, while DJT SHOULD win in a landslide, the country has changed massively since then. I'm hoping for a slightly better EC win and a "popular" vote win this time around.
It needs to be gutted and reformed

Reagon disolved the air controllers union and remade the organization so it can be done to other swamp departments.
