In Holland during the 70’s it was very difficult to remove squatters. the youts called them “Crack Houses” and they would trash them out then move on to another one.

Yours is probably the best solution suggested, given the legal circumstances there. You could arrange for a farmer to "accidentally" let his swine loose at the property in question.
