Facts are facts, Representative Cortez. The highest law of the land, The United States Constitution, requires members of Congress to swear and be bound by an oath of office. You swore and signed that oath which requires you to: “...support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;...bear true faith and allegiance to the same...”. Yet you attack the Constitution's Electoral College and attempt to subvert it outside of your congressional duties. That is treason!

That kind of thinking leads to genius conclusions like blacks in Delaware only get 3 electoral college votes while blacks in Texas get 38 electoral college votes.
Of course, this totally ignores the fact that the states vote for President, not the people. I don't know what a "minority" state looks like.
