They recently moved to a house two doors up the street. Getting off "The Rez" is just about the smartest thing he could possibly have done. My limited experience with "The Rez", both in USA and Canada, suggests that it's a lousy place to raise your kids.

From what I've heard, you're right. I'm glad the grand-kids are a long way from the reservation. They now live a couple doors up the street from us and are being home-schooled. My wife tutors a couple of them.

I've heard some pretty frightening things about life on Indian reservations. I'm glad my teen-age grandchildren are out of there.
