I consider just about anything tossed at police from a rooftop in anger, to be a lethal object.
OSHA would also consider it a major safety violation.
Until an approved overhead canopy can be deployed the police should remain at a safe distance.
If it takes a few years to implement, so be it.
Then the owner of the building will have to foot the bill.
