Does anyone think they will not stack the Court if given another chance?
Had Hillary won they would have replaced those suffering tragic accidents, slipping in the shower or an unexpected heart attack ... Thomas probably would have been first to go ... but now ... they probably have plans to pack away no matter what.
I'm sure there must be laws about threatening the Federal Judiciary, and the SCOTUS should rigorously enforce them to prevent possible coercion.
Dems ONLY love the Supreme Court when they run it, the second its out of their hands they want the Supreme Court gone
Didn’t they go ballistic over the possibility that PDJT was trying to influence the FBI?
I forget what they called that back in the spring of 2017.
Mr AG Barr, time to check the "Obstruction of Justice" rules.
Ever notice how Nancy Pelosi keeps talking about congress being Article One? That means the Dems think Congress is over the other branches of government. They do NOT understand co-equal.
The President should call their bluff and start taking steps to expand the Court now so the Democrats can be on record as opposing it and expose it as the blatant political move that it is.
Stacking the courts. No collectivist has ever thought of that before.
Apparently, they have lost the courts and they know it.
When direct control is fails, indirect control it attempted.
They are losing control and they don’t like it.
The way things are going I wouldn’t be surprised is the SC bends over and gives in to the communists.
GOP, all we hear area crickets.
Grap a mic and fight back or stand down.
Cultural Revolution coming round again...
All that legislative process is just too slow and cumbersome for the left.
Things need to get done!
Separation of Powers? Pfft.
Control the mob, control the revolution.
Congress has no control over the Supreme Court. They are separate branches of the government.
Perhaps these senators could reform themselves.
