Two groups of people are now freaking out...
(1) The female victims - I do not think it is possible to sue a dead man or his estate because he cannot defend himself in court.
(2) His former assistants - their testimony against Epstein is now completely worthless from a legal point of view - the chance to plead down to a lesser charge in exchange for cooperation has permanently ended.
People sue dead people’s estates all the time.
I believe Michael Jackson’s estate is still being pounded.
