Today’s anti-Nazi protestors won’t know a real Nazi if he was standing next to them. Commies never do.

I stopped off to shoot some pictures of a Nazi group protesting something or other at a school. This was back in the sixties. They broke up and marched off as I had a few words with the school principal.

Then I went back down the sidewalk to my car and was attending to my camera without paying much attention to anything else. As I approached the Nazi group, having been recently in the military myself, I unconsciously fell in step behind the skinheads.

Guess who the TV news cameras trained on? I saw myself on the TV news that night, looking like the official Nazi photog.

Location, location, location, is everything.

However, you might like this. CODE PINK, the Evans/Benjamin Marxist group of raggedy women (I think they were women), held a protest down Pennsylvania Ave in DC about 10+ years ago.

I made a sign in large letters that said “I’m not with these commies” and got in behind their march leaders. Walked behind them for blocks and they never knew I was there. Got a lot of support from people on the sidewalks and the reds thought it was for them.
