Facing mounting controversy for declaring the very real problem of white supremacy in America to be a "hoax," Tucker Carlson announced at the end of his Wednesday night Fox News show that he will be taking a vacation.
"By the way," he said, "I am taking several days off -- headed to the wilderness to fish with my son." Carlson added, "Politics is important, fishing with your son, sometimes more important. So I'm doing it."

I can’t remember ever hearing about such a confrontation between two “news” networks. Actually, it’s kind of fun to watch.

As someone who spends a lot of time traveling abroad, I can say that the U.S. is probably the most hyper-sensitive country when it comes to any sort of perceived racism or discrimination. In the U.S. people are fixated about never saying anything the could be perceived as somehow racist.
One of my Korean friends said he prefers living in Korea over the U.S. because in Korea he doesn’t have to worry about everything he says.

I made a sign in large letters that said “I’m not with these commies” and got in behind their march leaders. Walked behind them for blocks and they never knew I was there. Got a lot of support from people on the sidewalks and the reds thought it was for them.

Oh for—he’s been exposing their claim that Trump said that there were good people who were white supremacists as a hoax. I’ve heard him within the last couple of nights say that racism and white supremacy exists and is a problem. Every word they day is a lie. And even freaking Congress is on vacation now, why come up with a stupid lying conspiracy theory when he takes one?

In the mid 70’s I was working in a shop in Arlington, VA. I met a girl who worked in a nearby florist shop. She told me the florist had once filled an order to paint roses black for the funeral of George Lincoln Rockwell, founder of the American Neo Nazi Party. I came to realize the headquarters of the party was only a couple of blocks away.
Curious beyond measure, I went to the door, opened it, and stepped inside. It looked like a tourist information center except that the walls were decked with swastika flags and the literature racks were splashed with torrid, race based headers.
Perched on a stool sat a scrawny white boy dressed in a classic brown shirt uniform which was at least four sizes too large for him. He looked startled that someone had actually come through the door. I told him not to bother himself, I just wanted to look around. I gave myself a quick tour, flipped through the flyers a bit, and headed back out into the real world.
I came away with a sense of pathos. There was no menace. That kid was no more dangerous than the guy dressed as Goofy at Disneyland. He was however, far less intelligent. Just a few years later, they closed up and moved elsewhere or disbanded.
I suspect there are FAR, far more MS-13 members than white supremacists.
Way more.
