Thankfully for most all of us, assumptions have little if any value in jurisprudence. Elsewise, anyone could assume anything about anyone ( if that what we want or what they want?).
Unless this guy actually broke a law by an act, he is innocent of anything. So far, I do not see any violation of MO firearms laws. Assuming he is not a prohibited person at this point.
Not to say the SPD chief ought to take him out back and whoop the living snot out of him anyways for being stupid.
You don’t walk around a Wal Mart with 100 rounds and a bulletproof vest right after the horrible shootings in El Paso and Dayton. NOT IF YOU ARE SANE.
This asshole deserves at least a year plus 10 days in jail which would make him a convicted felon and not allowed to have any weapons.
He also needs a good sanity hearing.
