Megan Betts, the sister of Connor Betts, the man who killed nine people at Ned Peppers bar in Dayton, Ohio on August 3, was found dead alongside her boyfriend. She was 22 years old.
NBC News’ Pete Williams reported, via, Andrew Blankstein, that Megan and her boyfriend had been found fatally shot in a car. Dayton Police Chief Richard Biehl has said that Megan and her boyfriend were not in a car when they were found dead. At the time of writing, Megan’s boyfriend has not been identified.
Authorities believe that Conor Betts opened fire on a crowd at a bar in Dayton’s Oregon District, killing nine people and wounding dozens more. Megan Betts was one of those who was shot dead. Betts was then shot dead by responding officers, officials said. In a press conference, authorities said that the suspect was wearing body armor and extra ammunition on him at the time he was shot.

That is not true in all states.......don’t have to be registered in that party to vote in the primary.

I was thinking more of finding places where he spoke of it openly.

My guess is that Thomas McNichols is Megan’s boyfriend.
I did a search on Thomas McNichols and nothing outside of him being victim was found.

I do not Facebook, but the locals in Dayton must be talking about who is the boyfriend.
You cannot vote for both parties in a primary election in a state where you have to declare party affiliation or independence.

I had a nearly identical situation. Right after 911 I reported a car with four young Arab males acting ery strangely and explicitly taking video of multiple tall buildings in downtown Atlanta. The agent taking the report sounded completely disinterested and I got the feeling the conversation was just going into a black hole.

You are correct. Your experience and mine were uncannily similar. I also posted here about my experience. A while ago I searched for it in the FR archives but couldn’t find it. I remember I used the word ‘swarthy” in the title.
No, you are mistaken. In a state where party affiliation determines what ballot you will get in a PRIMARY election, you know a registered Democrat was given a ballot with only Democrat candidates listed. The reason is so only Democrats get to choose the candidates who will represent the Democratic Party in the later GENERAL election. Likewise for registered Republicans. It deters one party, particularly a large one, from manipulating the choices of opposition political parties by having members cross over to deliberately pick weak oppo candidates.
