That would be the job of DHS wouldn’t it? It’s what they were created for after 9/11?
True but the POTUS issued an EO on 21 Dec 2017 empowering the military to deal with domestic law enforcement because of massive internal corruption issues plaguing this nation. Corruption is in DHS too. This in effect is a suspension of Posse Comitatus. The military has several assets which can be/have been used to do this mission. This can include the apprehension of individuals and enforcement of law & order.
