The cages for kids were built by the Obama Administration in 2014. He had the policy of child separation. I ended it even as I realized that more families would then come to the Border!

Ask the Dem candidates to make a tour of the local and federal prison child care facilities where children can stay in the cells with their father or mother arrested for crimes, and have toys and blankets and little beds. So they won’t get separated from parents.
THERE AREN’T ANY.
No child goes into jail or prison with mom and dad. Child protective services and temporary qualified foster homes take them in the first night.

New York now has early voting. That means anything discussed on the media in the last 10 days before the election might as well not be said at all for some people. A whole new FACT could appear and it would be too late. Only the reality that existed 10 days before the election makes any difference.
HAVA actually worked towards justice and fairness. So they have had to chisel away with other means. If there is a debate in the last ten days before the 2020 election or if some new fact comes to light, we might as well ignore it. It is post-early-voting reality that will help determine the result.
