The Trump administration gained a rare victory this summer in the most unlikely of venues—the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which is widely viewed as the most liberal federal appeals court.
One big reason: President Donald Trump’s appointments to the 9th Circuit have moved it closer to ideological balance.
The court, long known for being both liberal and among the most overturned circuits, has been a thorn in Trump’s side, ruling against the president multiple times, mostly on immigration policies.
The confirmation of Trump nominee Daniel Bress in July gave the president his seventh judge on the court. It also brought the once lopsided appeals court to 16 Democrat appointees and 12 Republican appointees, with one remaining vacancy.
The administration won a 3-0 victory in June regarding a Department of Health and Human Services policy to restrict funding for family planning clinics that perform abortions.
While Trump hasn’t flipped the majority on the entire 9th Circuit, his progress increases the likelihood that randomly drawn three-judge panels will have more originalists, said Travis Weber, vice president for government affairs at the Family Research Council.

I’ll give credit to Graham, as even though he’s one of the hated here on FR, he’s mostly responsible for Trump judges being confirmed.

We’ve got a LONG way to go with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
And even further to go with District Judges in that Circuit. Lindsay Graham needs to end the Blue Slip process/veto for District Judges just as it was eliminated for Appeals Court Judges. Any really good judge will not get two blue slips from Feinstein and Kamala Harris. There are a good number of vacant California District Judgeships that Trump could fill with Constitutionalists if the Blue Slip veto was eliminated.

IOWs the court acts in an arbitrary and capricious fashion even by the standards of what has been a very moderate to liberal to out to lunch (Souter, Kennedy?) Supreme Court.
Trump also has two replacements for Boosh appointees ( Bee and Bybee) which will strengthen the court with two young people. Bee says he will retire as soon as his replacement is confirmed, and Bybee set his date as 12/31/19.
Things are going too slowly. Trump must consolidate his power before the DemoRATS try to steal the 2020 election. Trump should start arresting treasonous judges and replacing them with patriots —ASAP!

McConnell has approved all of the Ninth judges over the CA Senators blue slips.
Are activist, 9th Circuit judges unconstitutionally delaying a speedy trial for other cases in the queue?

I don’t understand why people post such ridiculous statements. You sound like a knee jerk yahoo at best. We know it is not done this way. The judge needs to be impeached in the House first and then convicted in the Senate. Trump does not have the authority to remove a judge.
