Less than a year after New Jerseys Attorney General issued a directive making it an official sanctuary state, local police released an illegal immigrant who hit a grandmother and her two grandchildren while driving without a license. One of the children, a 7-year-old boy, was killed and the grandmother was critically injured. Nevertheless, the local law enforcement agency that arrested and charged the driver, 30-year-old Mexican national Jorge Rodriguez-Saldana, let him go.

You know you live in a Mexican colony when your state officials put illegal aliens ahead of citizens.
I’ll say it again-victims of these crimes need to present a class action suit against the judges and prosecutors who permit this ... including the mayors of cities who have announced their community is a ‘sanctuary’.

Those people generally have some form of immunity from lawsuits over things they do that are part of their government office.
Maybe-but it’s certainly malfeasance if known criminals kill people that it’s the sworn duty for officials to protect.
