(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced that U.S. District Court Judge Reggie B. Walton last week ordered a hearing on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, regarding the rate of production of emails, text messages, and other communications between former FBI official Peter Strzok and former FBI attorney Lisa Page (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00154)). The Court scheduled the hearing to discuss: “Upon further consideration, the Court is concerned that the processing rate adopted by the Court may be inadequate.” The Court’s July 24th order follows a joint status report by the FBI and Judicial Watch that discloses that only 6,000 of almost 20,000 responsive records have been processed since May 2018.

He’d best be right on this one for the sake of his credibility, so I will remain hopeful until Wednesday.
FBI Director Wray and his minions are the roadblock.
People who understand how things work will not be disappointed if his predictions does not come true because he is only relaying information that has been given to him and things can change.
It will happen when it happens and no amount of whining will change a thing.
Doesn’t mean he’s not an honorable guy. But it does mean (if it is another miss) that what he says, even if it is very near term, should not necessarily be believed as something that will happen.
You’ve never worked in a large, entrenched bureaucracy, I take it.
Is the DoJ/FBI still blaming the Federal Government shut-down? I believe that was their prior excuse.

Sure looks that way ,,, they’re about the only “outsiders” getting traction .. If DiGenova is right the release from this court may become either quickly irrelevant or immediately necessary...but whatever gets released from either source will inevitably lead to more questions .. and necessitate more declass...
