Baltimore, in most districts, is a dangerous dump. It’s no advisable to have your car break down anywhere near downtown even in daylight.
My GPS 2 months ago rerouted me through the rundown area of Baltimore. Row upon row of rundown, dilapidated buildings but with some renovations could be restored. DemoRats cause the ghettos.
I go into Baltimore on a regular basis. It is a dump and very dangerous.

These black Congressmen are phonies and should not be immune to criticism. They sold their souls to the liberals long ago. They have allowed the liberals to situate their genocidal abortion clinics in their neighborhoods. Thy allowed the liberals to herd their children into union controlled cesspools masquerading as schools. They live well and their people rot.
There is a distinction between valid generalizations based on true and honest statistics (such as what insurance companies use) and racism. Decisions based on valid generalizations are rational and are necessary for survival and happiness.

I was born in Maryland but have spent the last 45 years in Florida ... In the last 2 years I’ve been to Maryland at least 4 or 5 times... Baltimore is the product of outrageous amounts of longstanding corruption it’s corrosive and destructive and drags people into a life they can’t easily escape... reminds me of St. Louis vs East St. Louis or Miami-Dade vs Orlando but far worse.
The only people who can fix Baltimore are the people who live there. When are they going to take some responsibility for themselves, their children, and their neighborhoods? And they are the ones who elect moron race-baiting crooks like Cummings. As long as they do nothing but whine that somebody has to come help them, the situation will not get better.
Bernie Sanders was bemoaning the fact that half the people there are unemployed. Other than the horrible government schools, which is a legitimate complaint, the reason people don’t have jobs is that very few businesses want to operate in a high crime area where many potential employees lack basic math and language skills.
Just a few years ago the Baltimore Orioles played a baseball game to an empty stadium because the city could not guarantee the safety of the fans. Baseballs fan base is mostly white.
Here’s an idea for Baltimore. Spend some money on a gathering of rat hunting dog clubs from across the country. Pay for their travel. Let the dogs loose for a weekend. I’ve seen youtubes of one dog killing 20 rats or more. They are rat killing machines. No poison. And their handlers have them under control.
What is next....(Bubonic plague) and Mrs. Cummings answering to her mis-use of funds for her "foundation"...following the Clinton way of investment-of-self.
