Talk about doctrines of men! Who told you the Saints in heaven cannot hear us? Jesus Himself said in the parable that Abraham was in heaven; and was able to converse with others, like Lazarus' brother who was in a place of torment.
And Abraham died before the Resurrection; and Jesus hadn't died and risen yet.
So how is Abraham in heaven?
Or are you calling Jesus a liar?
Let me guess. Some American evangelical PREACHER told you.
Sola Scriptura my foot.
Because the passage about Lazarus, is Scriptural.
:-P
But he wasn't able to converse with people on earth.
Recall the context of the passage.
25But Abraham said, Child, remember that during your life you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus bad things; but now he is being comforted here, and you are in agony. 26And besides all this, between us and you there is a great chasm fixed, so that those who wish to come over from here to you will not be able, and that none may cross over from there to us. 27And he said, Then I beg you, father, that you send him to my fathers house 28for I have five brothersin order that he may warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment. 29But Abraham said, They have Moses and the Prophets; let them hear them. 30But he said, No, father Abraham, but if someone goes to them from the dead, they will repent!
31But he said to him, If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be persuaded even if someone rises from the dead. Luke 16:25-31
Notice:
the request was denied to send Lazarus to the rich man's house to warn his brothers
there was never any conversation between those who've departed and those still on earth
the man's brothers were not listening to Moses and the Prophets....they weren't reading Scripture
as they weren't doing this they wouldn't believe anyone who rose from the dead...that is Christ.

Your ignorance of the Word of God is showing, bigtime. Re-read the story of Lazarus and the richman. Lazarus was not said to be in Heaven, and further, when Jesus died He went to the place of comforting to bring those there with Him up from the grave.
