Equally strong is the whole process of the writing, copying, collection, verification, canonization, preservation, dissemination --- the historically verifiable, step-by-step chain of custody --- which has through nigh unto 100 generations conveyed the Scriptures to us, from the earliest (about 45 AD) until this very day.So; I guess that Rome DOES have the originals in a vault in the Vatican!
