We do NOT know HOW the image got there; thus it MUST be supernatural.
If the image is supernatural; it MUST be GOD’s doing.
If it is GOD’s doing; then it MUST be an image of JESUS.
And if it’s an image of JESUS; it proves that Catholicism is correct.
We can now end THIS thread and get back to the Dancing Angel one.

Well; their first pope mentioned something about the earth and heavens being burnt up; so I guess that means the shroud will turn into a puff of smoke.
Any weeping statues of 'Mary' will go up in flames; jewel encrusted bones will be turned to dust and the gold around a thousand or more altars will be melted to liquid.

I suspect that the later promise of the Church, extending the promise to *everyone* who wears the scapula, might be a case of getting overenthusiastic.How kind of you to use such a euphemism; but it still stands that the original 'promise' said, "ANYONE."
