It reminds me of what the left has been saying about the Southern and Midwestern states for years.
I try to schedule my medical appts. at Johns Hopkins (their Eye Institute is the best in the world) now to very early in the morning — when the marauding bands of roving thugs & thieves are still sleeping!
No more Orioles or Ravens games — no more concerts either. Baltimore is a shell of what it used to be.
