I think you are wrong. Most New York Times readers, and most liberal Democrats, and most socialists, communists, and RINOS don't want any conservative to speak the truth. But real patriotic Americans are happy to have a President who speaks truth to liberal politicians.
Rep. Cummings is spending his time and effort criticizing conditions in holding facilities for people who illegally entered the United States. If he wanted to improve those conditions he could have voted to provide the funds that the Trump administration asked for. But he didn't.
Over the past 20 plus years Cummings could have spent his time working to improve problems in his district - the very essence of representing his constituents. But he didn't, or he did so in such an incompetent way that his district has remained a mess.

You are right. I was out in San Fran. a few months ago, visiting friends in their tarp houses. And while I was taking a steaming crap out on the street, it cam to me that I can’t understand why Trump says such things about rat infested DNC cities. We need to ignore incompetent DNC leadership and their devastating results, and only focus on the Presidents manner of tweeting we don’t like, because that’s so much more important.
