Really pretty entertaining and I can't say I disagree with much of the Gov’s comments. He is a corrupt hack but his constituents include a large population of remarkably worthless and whiny dependent types.

We don't know yet, but I think that's the way to bet. It's the Third World way (and sad to say, often the First World way). The fact that PR is under the US umbrella doesn't change that.
