Are there “zoning” regulations there? I don’t know the ins and outs of such regulations. But would have thought that farm animals need to be dealt with on a farm, in an area which is designated for agriculture or domesticated animals.
Maybe such regulations don’t apply to Moslems, that’s possible too.
They are a protected species. (MadMo cultists, that is.) They are therefore, immuneto all laws of decent society.
