A late day submission to DC Circuit Court in a FOIA case reveals the content of previously
unknown James Comey memos. Obama's entire anti-Trump operation is memorialized in writing:

The recipient of this needs to ask the “government” to explain its note, not just Flynn’s ex-attorney. It’s not the run-on sentence from hell for no reason. I read this as the government playing a game wherein they will claim to have disclosed everything by means of this ambiguous last moment note, without actually telling them anything. The defendant’s lawyers need to go after this with hammer and tongs. The last clause is a lot of bobbing and weaving.
Margot Cleveland is no dunce, but she is reading a whole lot into this relative to Flynn’s case, the OSC, and the Intelligence Community without looking at other explanations. Flynn pled guilty to making false statements, etc. The US government will operate on the principle that they do not have to disclose materials beyond what matters to the exact charges he has copped to. (Others can argue that they should disclose everything related to whatever the government used to pressure him into pleaing).
What the note reveals is the existence of active spying on Flynn’s communications before any of the publicly acknowledged investigations began. FISA warrant?
