I believe that the pendulum always swings back. It’s just Nature.

I agree. Another way I look at it is that there’s only so much elasticity in any social change situation. And the energy stored up by the constant force being applied in stretching the limits over the last few decades is going to cause a horrendous lash-back.
I hope it’s not ‘horrendous’; just efficacious enough to get us back on track toward real human progression.
