All due respect but any correctional force is charged with maintaining order and safety in a correctional facility. The US military isn't a police force. It's job is to blow things up and kill people in defense of the nation from enemies foreign and domestic and from my understanding and the men and women I've come to know who served in peace time and during war the US military isn't very long on being inclined or patient with pushy, loud mouthed and potentially pugnacious civilians causing them problems , compromising a command hg, base, defense facility or military personnel.

Time to enter the new paradigm. Military has been used for mob control to protect embassies and other sites including Brits in India. Many correctional people have military experience and extrapolated not to handle inmates inside.

Lastly, the US military should have been charged with this Jan 21, 2016 and we wouldn’t be leaking like we do.
