Power Failure in NYC
Posted on 07/13/2019 5:24:25 PM PDT by Rumplemeyer
There has been a major power failure in Manhattan, from Midtown, West to the Hudson River. Times Square is dark, no Traffic Lights or Street Lights and West Side Subway service is down. No reports of mayhem...yet.

Give the gay pride parade some time.
Oops, I mean, the criminals are probably still napping.
Stay safe!

It's from the 40s up to the 80s on the West Side.
There was a fire in a sub-station at 54th Street, but nobody is claiming that that is the cause or sole cause.

November 9, 1965 I was stationed at Ft. Monmouth, NJ.
We were put on alert for possible duty in NYC. The people didn't riot. Nine months later there was a baby boom.

obama went through over $10 trillion so I am sure much of it was spent on the electric grid.

The biggest NY blackout (before the last big one) was shown in a documentary.
A woman among the many looters strongly stated to the interviewer on the street: “On the news they said this blackout was caused by an act of God. That means God wants us black people to get the free stuff we deserve from the whites’ stores. God wants it.”

It's not mayhem when it's just honest redistribution.
