Actually, if I were a fag, that's what I'd do. I'd just go from store to store asking for a wedding dress for a fag wedding, and as soon as I heard the above response, file a lawsuit.

And then hope for an out of court settlement.

And while you're there, measure the restrooms to make sure they are handicapped accessible. Hey, might as well kill two birds with one stone.

I believe there is a mini industry based on this concept. Many years ago, touring wineries in the Temecula, CA area a winery had a letter on the wall. The gist of it was, a legal firm was visiting every winery inspecting for lead-foil covers over the corks. Citing lead foil as a health safety matter, the lawyers threatened lawsuits but would graciously settle for something like $10,000—far less than the legal expenses required to defend the suit.

I have also heard of lawyers doing the same thing with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Hire someone in a wheel chair to go around to businesses looking for violations.
