When the House fell to Pelosi et al, I knew “WE” failed.

Sorry, not buying it. We controlled the House and the Senate for two years.

I never expected President Trump to act like a dictator and violate the law, but to use the law to fix the issue.

I, too, as well as many others, expect him to use the law, abide by the law, and do his job. The job he promised to do.

Consider the following:

PART I:

Congress passed the following law giving the POTUS the authority to unilaterally forbid immigrants/invaders entry into America. The treasonous liberal federal hacks appointed by o’bummer can only dictate terms once the world’s unwanted actually make it onto US soil and utter the magic “asylum” word. But POTUS can absolutely prevent them from stepping onto US soil. That’s the law.

8 U.S.C. s 1152(a)(1)

"Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

POTUS has the power to order troops to the border, as he has already done. He has ordered troops to the border, but only in a impotent capacity. If he can order ten soldiers, he can order 10,000 soldiers. If he can order 10,000 soldiers, he can order them to be armed and have some teeth. He just has to do it. He can prevent anymore incursions onto American soil. If he'll just do it. He needs to stop worrying about the voter’s perception of this debacle and just do his job. The job which was his campaign platform. The job for which he was elected.

PART II:

He's already exercised the above authority with the travel ban, which authority has already been upheld by SCOTUS.

U.S. Supreme Court upholds Donald Trump’s travel ban By Miriam Valverde on Tuesday, June 26th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.

The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld President Donald Trump's third attempt to ban the entry of individuals from certain countries, affirming his executive authority to restrict immigration to the United States.

In a June 26 5-4 decision, the court held that "the President has lawfully exercised the broad discretion granted to him under §1182(f) to suspend the entry of aliens into the United States."

The court said that federal law entrusts to the president with decisions related to the entry of individuals: whether and when to suspend entry, whose entry to suspend, for how long and on what conditions.

The president need only determine "that the entry of the covered aliens 'would be detrimental to the interests of the United States.' The president has undoubtedly fulfilled that requirement here," the court said.

Clueless. That Congress was lead by the Chamber of Commerce Amnesty RINOs. Never Trumpers. They’re still plenty there, like in the Senate. Enough of US (that is “WE”) keep them in office.

And the travel ban debacle took a whole YEAR to get that particular decision overturned.

You do know that the courts are STILL banning his orders?

The whole thing is a legal whack-a-mole.

Meanwhile he had the whole Mueller thing over his head.

I’ll bet you could not take ONE DAY of what Donald Trump is subjected to, LOL.

Meanwhile, who beside him is our champion? Tell me the Republican, democrat or ANYONE with the untouchable power to stop the illegal onslaught and I’ll concede. It doesn’t exist as long as “WE” keep electing certain people.

I am dismayed, truly. But I don’t blame Trump.
