And our so-called allies cared so little they created and recently started up INSTEX to get around US sanctions.

The Europeans never cancelled the agreement. So does not Iran still have an agreement with the Euros? Obamas agreement was never ratified. It was only between Obama and Iran.
The agreement still exists because many in EU are still part of that 2015 agreement.
WE instituted new, stricter regs, but the EU still belongs to 2015 agreement.
