Exactly. The Russians always handle their affairs internally. And even if were a radiation event, they've already towed the sub back to port. Evacuation/decontamination would be handled by the Russsians alone. Plus, I believe it was their North Fleet HQ where the sub got tied up. About the closest we'll ever get to that would be Google Earth. LOL

Yes that sub was in Russian territorial waters at the time of the incident and has been towed to a port in Mermansk. We ain’t gettin nowhere near it.
Whatever is going on with FEST has nothing to do with the sub accident.
