To me personally, it was right on the day of 9/11.
Before then, I was filled with my head with all my leftwing professors about the evil of Republicans and esp. Ronald Reagan.
And how Democrat party is the one who is the friends of the little people, minority people, etc.
[[How do you know you are no longer a Democrat?]]
When you wake up in the morning and the first thoughts in your mind aren’t hate-filled thoughts of violence, abortion, euthanasia, down syndrome extermination through violence etc- then you know you’re no longer a democrat
The utter hypocrisy of Dimwitz on patriotism, race, gender, welfare, the Kennedys, Watergate (election fraud, et al), taxes and pandering to the most worthless Americans
You can think morally, ethically, and honestly.
“At the start of each new Congress, all Members beginning a new term of office (the entire House of Representative and one-third of the Senate) take an oath to support and defend the Constitution ...”
About 10% of them actually do.
Ping
When you’ve studied our roots and history (esp. in the light of God’s Word) you realize this one demo(n) party is all for more fear-mongering to eliminate all constitutional thoughts and it’s inherent freedoms; always trying to bend the will of the people away from freedom and prosperity with flat out lies.
You no longer constantly wipe your chin because you’ve stopped drooling?
Good article; thx.
You can’t be a common sense thinking person and be a Democrat. To believe in their radical agenda is insanity. I left the party a decade ago, and while I think the GOP is not much better, at least the rank and file conservative voters who still make up the large core of the party have sound ideas and have a grasp of reality. Neither one of those things can be said about the Democrats. It’s more of a religious cult than a political party, and its elected officials and a good many of their voters are totally unhinged!
Will not change party registration as being anything but Dem in NY is a waste. The primaries are the only elections in the metro area now. The last Dem I voted for was Moynihan in 94. He would not be allowed to run in NY today.
9/11 changed my mind too.
LOL
My folks were FDR dems.
I never drank the kool-aid. Been voting R since I could legally vote.
Dems = losers.
I found out the day Bill Clinton was inaugurated, with my very first vote against George H W Bush for lying about “No New Taxes”!
Never voted Dem again and never will.
It was 1981
Magnus got shot
That was when I turned from former college radical to the All South Alt Right angel I am today
Got vote in 1970, R since.
Ill never forget that day...who will
My wife woke me up about the first crash me having lived there in Manhattan nearly a decade once
As I drank coffee the other plane hit the second tower
I turned to her and said honey this Is an attack as in who the hell could do this and although Id heard of Al Qaeda and suspected it was Muslim in origin
I was I cant deny horrified at the instant death of so many we were watching and thinking of the currency traders at Bartholomew and Co I used to deal with on a high floor in the 90s
And at the same time awed these maniacs pulled off this horrific act
And resolutely angry and hopeful wed have get back and soon
Which we did despite Laura Bush and her stupid protestations to her husband ...what a daft woman she proved to be
Kids today dont know it like we do
I don’t. I was never anything political.
I joined my nations Air Force and RR was my CIC.
Every attack against me or him solidified my truth to the world I live in.
Liberals are communists. period.
