It's amazing how much power the judiciary has seized for itself, with the fairly recent phenomenon of nationwide injunctions, which they started going crazy with in the last decade, and the fact that courts overturn and rule more laws unconstitutional now than they ever would have dreamed in like the 1800s.

The Founding Fathers never intended the courts to be this powerful. They need to be reigned in, and I don't care if it happens when a Democrat is President and it could hurt Republicans attempting to resist him or her, just make it happen, please.
