And until the wall is built, just use concertina wire, troops, and pepper spray. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say invaders have a right to just walk into our country. Nowhere.

“The U.S. Supreme Court has to put an end to this usurpation of power by lower judges.”

No they don’t.

The Executive branch has to put a stop to this usurpation of power by the Judicial Branch. The President does not need to go to the Supreme Court hat in hand begging for the right to exercise his Constitutional authority. Improper rulings by rogue political-hack judges have to be ignored, not appealed.

Let the Open-Border fanatics go to the Supreme Court, after which DJT would still have the authority to tell them to go to hell.

Scratch your head with this;

US District Judge overturns CA's magazine ban, but it can only apply to that state.

N CA District Judge Haywood Gillian reaches beyond his district to stop the POTUS from a action not in his district.

You make good points!

All three branches are co-equal in power.

This is a clear usurpation of authority by the Judicial branch.

What is the penalty for treason? This guy and the Antimerican Communist Libel Union deserve legitimate prosecution for conspiracy and insurrection.

Defending our border from invasion, which is right in the Constitution, is the perfect situation for telling random judges to shove where the sun don't shine.

Ignore the federal judge and do it anyway...

It would not suprise me in the least if Trump does exactly that in his second term, and the Dems scream bloody murder.

Apparently federal judges rule the country, not the government.

The DemSoc Rat plan worked like a charm in California/Calizuela.

This is why the Rats love open borders, period.

“Time to start ignoring Judicial rulings - at all levels.”

The same way sanctuary cities ignore federal immigration law.

Meanwhile, that lazy assed useless institution of a supreme court goes on a three month vacation. Congress ought to fix that and then streamline the process for resolving these crim8nal decisions.

Yes, good idea! And what about the purchase of several hundred Pit Bull dogs or German Shepherd dogs to guard the border also? They might not be as good as a wall. But in the meantime, let the Border Patrol folks and the troops as well get dogs to accompany them.

Supply them with super-nice dog houses, the best dog food, the best training (like police dogs). We can have a wall of dogs. Judges cannot stop that. Nor Congress.

“There were 112 vacancies when Trump assumed office. Instead of letting the backlog to grow to 132, the REPUBLICAN Senate should have worked this backlog down to about 25 - 30. “

Definitely.
