Harris Spox: Kamala Supports ‘Busing for School Integration Right Now’
Breitbart ^ | 28 Jun 2019 | TONY LEE

Posted on 06/29/2019 8:23:16 AM PDT by E. Pluribus Unum

Sen. Kamala Harris’s (D-CA) national spokesperson said on Thursday evening that Harris even supports “busing for school integration right now.”

When a national politics reporter at New York Times asked Ian Sams, Harris’s national press secretary, if Harris supported busing to integrate schools today, he replied: “Yes.”

Astead Herndon, the Times’ national politics reporter, said on Friday that Harris’s campaign declined to elaborate further when asked about specifics.

Harris, in need of a moment to revive her floundering campaign, called out former Vice President Joe Biden during Thursday’s debate for his past opposition to school busing, telling the former vice president that she was bused to a school in Northern California. Harris also said that though she did not believe Biden is “racist,” “it was hurtful” to hear him “talk about the reputations of two United States senators who built their reputations and career on segregation of race in this country.”

“And it was not only that, but you also worked with them to oppose bussing,” Harris told Biden in what was the night’s signature moment. “And you know, there was a little girl in California who was part of the second class to integrate her public schools, and she was bussed to school every day. And that little girl was me. So, I will tell you that on this subject, it cannot be an intellectual debate among democrats. We have to take it seriously. We have to act swiftly.”

She got where she is in politics under Willie Brown. Literally, underneath Willie Brown.

I can only think that millennial males are a whole lot different to my generation of male cohorts, who said that if you go black, they don’t want you back.

Yes, and the remakes are never a patch on the original. I wanted to puke at the remake of “True Grit”. It affirmed my decision of many years to never watch movies made much past the 60s, with the preference being for silent era through to the 40s. If there’s ever a remake of “Gone With The Wind”, I will personally picket the theater.

That’s right. But it wasn’t busing to end segregation. It was forced integration, because the different groups lived nowhere near each other.

Harris is the product of that warped thinking. She insists that if there is any place in the U.S. where there are no black or brown people then the government must immediately import said non-whites to that area. You know - diversity is a compelling state interest?

And the process is not to stop until the non-whites are a voting majority. Because of course, if whites elect whites to rule them, it must be racist. Only non-whites like herself have the right to rule racist, evil whites.

Start from the assumption that the white Anglo-Saxon colonization of North America was illegitimate in the first place, and you end up where the foreigner “Harris” is coming from.

She’s not stopping at integration. She wants domination. Whitey got to submit, or else.

I’ve read about San Francisco’s lottery system, and how the upscale (ie white and Asian) parents will move to “take over” a failing school when they don’t get the good schools of their choice, and volunteer their time and money to improve the school. The black parents (ie, single mothers) resent them for “taking over their schools”, even though the improvements benefit everyone.

I am in favor of the government leaving me alone to make my own decisions.

Amen, amen, and amen. SO many problems would be solved with this one simple principle.

This is how to win back suburban moms. They are pretty squishy but they don’t want their kids bussed downtown to a majority minority school. They will talk around the subject. But they will vote against school busing.

The South African model, and just look at how well that country is doing, after being the only first world nation on the continent of Africa for decades.

Why is this even an issue? Are we in 1955? Get the Feds out of education! Even black people hated busing.

If they had tried forced busing in Biden’s Delaware, some white chemical company employees who are experts in making high explosives and nerve gas like insecticides on an industrial scale would have been very upset.

Biden wisely just let things take their natural course rather than becoming needlessly confrontational.

Yeah, that worked so well in Dallas, TX back in the 70s. Not. After having my jr. high school in lockdown every single day with iron gates in the halls and students locked in their classrooms with no bathroom breaks due to physical attacks by angry blacks that were bused in, there was a white flight. We got the heck outta Dodge, too. My old school and neighborhood went from one black student to pretty much all blacks.

Today, she’ll have to bus whites back into the school that turned black during the last busing. Brilliant. Rinse and repeat. Rinse and repeat. Rinse and repeat. What’s that saying about doing the same stupid thing and expecting a different outcome?

True Grit (original) is my favorite movie ever.
Never have or will watch the remake.

People are lazy. Especially the ones in Hollywood. Remake a old, really good movie requires no thought.

Hopefully I’ll be dead before they bastardize Gone With the Wind. Look what they did to The Wizard of Oz.

I went to a large public urban high school. There was busing and the “local” map for the high school bisected the area into upper middle class and lower middle class housing.

There was very little socialization between the groups, other than in study labs or sports.

Looking back, I really don’t see the benefit. Maybe some of the inner city black kids in my grad class feel differently. The upper middle class area now, decades later, has more upper middle class black families living here.

“Section 8 residents don’t pay taxes.”

Housing projects normally didn’t pay taxes, but Section 8 properties pay taxes, generally below average for reasons you would be aware of.

Most Section 8 tenants pay so little that property taxation doesn’t factor into their rent payments, but a few Section 8 tenants face a property tax burden, generally small.

About 98% of Section 8 tenants registered to vote would happily vote to double property taxes.

If it’s free, why do we have to pay such high taxes? Busing brings on more not free taxes. They all get the same textbooks so it isn’t my fault some can’t be bothered to open their books and learn something.

What about the segregation at the university level? Separate graduation ceremonies, dorms, fraternities and sororities, academic departments like black studies, etc, and the accompanying war on everything white?

Harris is a very interesting lady. She is the product of slave owners far in access of anyone you may know. On her fathers side, she is a direct descendant of two large plantation owners. On her mother’s side, her family had servant families living on their property. She could always “pass” (as white) as an adult. No missed cabs for this lady. She grew up in privilege and if she was bused it was from a college neighborhood to a better school. She never lived in the hood. She did live in campus housing in college towns within the USA and Canada. Her parents were both college professors. And while they divorced, she was raised with two high incomes. Her father was always available as a Stanford Professor of Economics.

Harris is half Indian from India. Her dark skin is Indian, not black. Harris’ mother was darker than her father. Her father is mostly English and Irish. But he is part black from Jamaica.

While Harris would like to play the race card, she made her reputation putting blacks in jail. She went to Howard, a black college. But that was because she screwed around and could not get into better schools. Because of reciprocity she paid little for college.

Harris also slept her way to the top. She has a new meaning for #metoo. She Slept with Willie Brown, 30 years her senior. And was promoted ever since. He appointed her to several commissions, and assured she would win elections. Her sister has a job at MSNBC which is why she is a favorite over there. Harris is married to a white lawyer and lives in Brentwood (think OJ) while in California, and in DC.

“Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.”

And don’t forget the Eighth Plank:

“Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.”
