Our nominee needs to have the language to talk about race in a far more constructive way,” Booker said. A 'hoodie' functions as a mask for criminals... anyone see crime surveillance tapes? The black community is overrun with criminals... and to see it - to notice reality - is considered 'racist' by men like Booker.
