I have been wasting my time trying to figure out how the media came to their conclusions and their headlines. Can't find it. You have summed it up very succiently. When Commerce does what they have been told to do, the District Court can't rule in favor of New York, and they won't be able to declare that the Commerce Secretary decision is arbitrary and capricious. The only thing they can do is approve it. I think that is what Trump intends and he can proceed with the question in the Census.

I think the answer is to just provide a better reason than enforcement of the Civil Right Law. They have enough lawyers to come up with a valid reason - there are several.

It sure is. Time to remove the judges who want to rule the nation. We aren’t ruled by 9 people. If Trump controls the military. It’s time to use it and overthrow the govt and put the constitution back into place.
It’s also time to round up local mayors who don’t want to work with ice ect. Go door to door to round up illegals and no you don’t need a search warrant. This is war. Arrest the ones in Congress who don’t go along. Declare Marshall law in California. We are at war. It’s time the right took over.
