Was Flynn's original defense team conspiring against him?

Flynn's previous attorney, Robert Kelner at Covington & Burling LLP, did not appear to have been acting in Flynn's best interest.

Reparations suit CLEARLY in order for Gen. Flynn

Preferably directed against the people responsible for his anguish personally

The first redaction listed under “personal privacy” is unknown. However, the second related redaction is a specific person, Michael Flynn Jr.

Sundance purports to state that Flynn Jr. was named in the October 20, 2017 authorization from Rosenstein as if it were a fact.

Where has this been acknowledged by the DOJ or Mueller?

Or is Sundance mistaking his speculation with established facts?

Quite unlikely that Flynn Jr was named here, since that memo specifically tied investigation of the "pertinent activities" of the listed individuals to "the Russian government's efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election."

Flynn's previous attorneys' firm has close ties to the Democrat Party. Flynn is entitled to the transcript of the calls and the recordings of those calls. I bet Sidney Powell is pissed that the judge is trying to hide Brady material.
