Strzok’s signature and job title is on a letter he sent to Gregory Starr on January 20th, 2016. It was sent on FBI stationery.

The official job description of Strzok’s joint position included “full-time coordination with the FBI ... including weekly meetings with senior FBI officials in the FBI’s National Security Division”.
