Is there a clear unedited Video of what happened? I thought the Kid got in an Accident with the Car in front of his and panicked when the crowd descended upon him. Did they prove it was an intentional premediated act?

In contrast, Antifa member Eric Clanton committed felony assault attacking people with a bike lock and only got probation, and all of the “J20” protestors during the inauguration had their charges dropped for rioting.
