Alabama Republican Roy Moore has announced he is running for U.S. Senate again in 2020 after failing to win the seat two years ago amid sexual misconduct accusations.
Moore announced his campaign Thursday, seeking an eventual rematch against Democratic Sen. Doug Jones. The announcement upends an election viewed by Republicans as a top priority in 2020 and ignores President Donald Trump's warning that he "cannot win."

Roy Moore is a good man. DO YOU know him? I think not.
Isn't that exactly what all the Moore haters are doing?
The whole world knows Moore lost to Jones in 2018.
I don’t know if he can win, and at this point I’d rather not find out. Hopefully he can be talked out of it, or someone else will win in the primary.

Trump will be on the ballet so republicans won’t be staying home like they did in the special election. How many Trump voters will vote for Doug Jones?
My IQ exceeds yours, no doubt, and YES, I will vote for that good man over a DEMONRAT!
You should know better.
Yes, West Point is known for graduating stupid people, and the US Army is known for having stupid Army officers in Vietnam Combat, and University of Alabama School of Law is known for graduating stupid people to Law Degrees, and yes, it certainly takes a stupid person to have a 40 year untarnished career as a Judge, and certainly stupid to challenge Federal Dictator judges when they try to force F@ggot marriage on your state.
Or Justice Department discretionary judicial grants that become mandatory when Republicans try to take them away from sanctuary cities?
Those court rulings?

So who is going to “Primary” him? Jeff Sessions? Har, Har!
this has all the smell of Soros and the Sec of State(s) program.
Roy Moore might very well win. Bible Belt, and a whole lot of provabale bullcrap happened to him with Sen.... Jones.
That’s up to you. He’s a loser. Personally, I wouldn’t want Doug Jones as my U S Senator but whatever.
Jeff Sessions would be better than Roy Moore.
Funny thing. The definition of "sexual harassment" is highly dependent upon whether the woman is attracted to you or not.
If she likes you, it's "being flirtatious." If she doesn't, it's "Sexual harassment."
Same thing with "stalking."
But yes, rather than trying to be intellectual about what the term "stalking" means to him verses them, he should have simply said "Absolutely not! Whoever said that is a d@mn liar!"
But communication is an art, and some people know how to do it effectively and some people want to reason with people.
False. Sexual harassment is lawfully defined.
Careful with that strawman. You might get straw down the neck of your shirt.
Yes.. his track record with Trump would carry him over to a few more who sit on the fence.
Mo Brooks-— please. If he has recovered his health issues.
The blond boy is a LOSER...
Quote: “But communication is an art, and some people know how to do it effectively and some people want to reason with people.”
Unfortunately, communication is a huge part of running a campaign. Therein lies the reason Roy is challenged as a candidate.
“The claim that he dated 18 and 19 year old women was not what caused his loss. It was the serious claims by two women that caused his loss. The one woman claimed he molested her when she was 14 years old. The other woman claimed he attempted to rape her when she was 16 years old.”
It’s sort of a package deal. The fact he dated these young women added a creep factor and showed he had issues. The fact he did not confidently defend himself may have led some people to believe he did the things he was accused of.
We can do better than Roy Moore. Alabama is full of conservatives.
Note he’s on the “Declined” list. Last year there was actually a movement to get Gaetz to move to Alabama (it would only be a few miles, as he’s in Pensacola, Florida, which is almost on the border of Alabama).
Anyway, Matt said thanks, but no thanks, after a few months of this. Which to me meant he probably thought about it.
I know that he can’t go on the friendliest of friendliest shows and say “HELL NO, I AM NOT SOME SORT OF SEXUAL PREDATOR NOR WAS I EVER!!!”
Instead, he wouldn’t characterize it that way.
Again, doesn’t make him a bad man, just a bad candidate.
