An Arkansas woman claims Hunter Biden is the father of her child — and she’s suing to prove it.
Lunden Alexis Roberts, 28, filed a petition for paternity and child support against Joe Biden’s lawyer son, saying she gave birth to his kid, “Baby Doe,” in August 2018, according to court papers.
The two-page suit was filed in Independence County, Arkansas, on May 28 — nearly two weeks after Hunter tied the knot with a South African woman named Melissa Cohen.
Roberts wants a court to establish that the 49-year-old father of three is her baby’s biological dad. She is also seeking child support and for him to provide health insurance for the now-10-month-old infant. All out-of-pocket expenses would be split between the two parents, the filing said.
The petition does not say how Roberts and Hunter met or how long they were together.
But the birth of the child came while Hunter was in a relationship with Hallie Biden, his late brother Beau’s wife. The former in-laws started dating in 2017 and split in April, Page Six exclusively reported.
Roberts’ attorney Clint Lancaster said his client “values her privacy.”
“She really does not want this to be a media spectacle. She does not want this to affect Joe Biden’s campaign,” Lancaster told the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. “She just wants this baby to get financial support from the baby’s father.”
The lawyer said they haven’t been able to serve Hunter with the legal papers so far.
“We have been in contact with Hunter Biden’s attorney. We have attempted to work with Hunter and his attorney to settle this issue but that has not been successful,” Lancaster said. “We are attempting to serve Mr. Biden.”

It is not a question of belief, it is a question of DNA. If Biden Jr was not the father of the baby he would not be avoiding being served. As a matter of fact, he would be demanding DNA tests. If he fathered this child, then he is responsible, and he will be contributing to the child’s care. If he did not, he is free.
As for Vendome, an abortion is a dangerous procedure and there can be long term repercussions from choosing to do this, among them is the inability to have children in the future, and there is strong correlation between breast cancer and abortion as well. Not to mention the is risk of death as well the devastating emotional impact. A lot of women cannot live with the emotional consequences and guilt of killing their baby and will not do so for that reason. So yes sometimes the man gets off scot free while the poor women bears all the potential damage of abortion on her own. But still the man is also responsible, and if he does not want to accept the potential consequence of a child, he should just keep his pants on.
I think I also read that he just married some woman in Colorado, after knowing her for three whole weeks. ??

I am completely against abortion but, the cultural standard is pro-choice and they cannot have it both ways.
Why does the woman arrogate to herself life and death , while the father hasn’t a say.

She can still get child support if his DNA is a match for paternity, even if his name is not on the birth certificate, IIRC.

The county seat of Independence County is Batesville the original home of The Rose Law Firm.
If the dna checks out, it is his responsibility to give financial aid to his child until a certain age, whether he chooses or not to have a relationship with said child if he is indeed the father, is up to him.
