Shortened title.

Full title: Political Commentator Pushing for Slavery Reparations Calls Republicans ‘The Devil’ During Congressional Hearing

Political commentator Julianne Malveaux called Republicans “The Devil” during a Congressional hearing regarding slavery reparations on Wednesday, where she was speaking as a witness.

Malveaux said that Democrats were “the devil once upon a time,” but that “Republicans took that over, and they became the devil.”

The hearing was held by the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties to discuss “the Path to Restorative Justice.” Specifically, they were discussing H.R. 40 — a bill that proposes a commission on reparations. Ta-Nehisi Coates, Danny Glover, Sen. Cory Booker and various other activists also spoke.

Maybe black people are the devil.

I’m just saying if we’re going to start discussing people as things and groups this way, anything is possible.

It isn’t more mainstream.

The lunatic fringe is just larger than it was.

Black people need to excuse their own corrupt culture.

Explain how reparations are going to work. To be eligible wouldn’t you have to somehow prove your ancestors were slaves? That would be a daunting process as many slaves had little or nothing in birth records or other civil records such as marriage certificates. It would make sense to pay more reparations based on direct descendent and less for those whose ancestry to slaves was only indirect.

Similarly those whose ancestors never owned slaves or came to this country long after slavery ended should not have to pay for reparations. I would also say that descendants of Civil War veterans who fought for Union should not pay for reparations.

I am certain that Democrats plan to just make it a give away to anyone who applies

Only Dems were members of the Klan. Only Dems supported the Klan. Republicans voted for Civil Rights bill. Dems did not until LBJ told them about all the votes they would get if they voted to pass the bill.

Image result for Julianne Malveaux

From David Horowitz's DiscoverTheNetworks.com
PROFILE: Julianne Malveaux...

In 2008 Malveaux signed a statement circulated by the Partisan Defense Committee calling for the release of convicted cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, praising Mumia for being a “former Black Panther,” lamenting that he had been “framed” as a murderer and sentenced to death by a racist U.S. justice system, and denouncing capital punishment as “a legacy of chattel slavery and a barbaric outrage … the lynch rope made legal.”

HR 40 should assess one dollar to the descendant of every slave, to be paid in the future. At least twelve years, as determined by a degree in Economics given by Boston University, that way, the cock roaches can figure out who to pay.

As long as we are at it, let's get up a class action to get the money back from the slave traders.

.Are we allowed to talk about how the gang culture and baby mama culture are major causes of poverty and problems in the black community.

We are not allowed to talk about these issues - it would be RACIST.

That is Dinesh D’Souza. There are some YouTube videos of him speaking on college campuses and making that claim. Evidently, nobody has been able to disprove him.

Since Dems (both North and South) were the ones who supported slavery, the DNC should be the entity that pays ALL of the reparations. Besides, it won’t hurt the DNC much since it will go to their Black DNC members.
