Chasten Buttigieg: 'I wish I could tell you that' every message I receive isn't 'homophobic'

Chasten Buttigieg, husband to South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg (D), said he's proud of the progress that has been made in the gay rights movement leading to his husband's presidential candidacy, but warned that there is still a long way to go "for equality."

"The fight for equality is far from over," Buttigieg said Monday at a Democratic National Convention gala for LGBTQ rights in New York.

"I wish I could stand here and tell you that all of the responses to my husband running for president have either been positive or that the criticisms have simply been about his policy decisions," Buttigieg continued.

"I wish I could tell you that every voicemail, email, social media message and text that I receive isn't hateful, bigoted or homophobic. I wish I could tell you that the world has unequivocally accepted Peter and I, but I cant," he said. "And that's why I march."

Their war is against God and Christians are His representatives on Earth. We tend to be Republicans.

“They won’t visit many countries, or they would be taken to the roof.”

I never thought of that. I guess there is that possibility.

The other dude’s surname was Glezman — according to wikipedia article on Buttigive.

I wish I could go back in a time machine and warn the Constitutional framers, maybe they could have added a few clauses to prevent any of these outrages from taking place. Can you imagine the looks on faces around the table if we could go back there and describe the events of the presidency since 1960? First guy shot in the street. Second guy started a war that had no actual purpose and got millions killed for nothing. Third guy had to resign, after his vice president did the same thing. Fourth guy had a lot of trouble with stairs. Fifth guy was an idiot. Sixth guy was much like themselves (sighs of relief). Seventh guy was the man from UNCLE. Eighth guy chased young ladies around the White House (would have to explain White House of course). Ninth guy was reading a book to kids when foreigners attacked the country meeting no actual response for an odd length of time (not by their standards but by ours). Tenth guy was a Muslim from some unknown place. Eleventh guy ran hotels and gambling dens, but turned out to be among the best. Now this Buttsy and his husband.

Ben Franklin: “His husband? You’re going to have to explain that a bit better.”

Sure, well there’s him, and there’s this guy who may or may not be senile, and there’s a communist, oh yeah, just imagine the French Revolution but ten times worse, and there’s a lady who says she is an Indian but isn’t, and there’s another communist whose life experience is mostly serving drinks in a tavern, and there’s Beto, yep that’s a real name, and ... guys, we are screwed. Oh, and can we perhaps stay? Don’t make us go back there.

Had not realized either that Buttsy is only a couple of years older than the legal minimum to be president. His date of birth is listed as Jan. 19, 1982.

By liberals’ redefinition of terms, to merely debate their demands or share contrary facts to their proposals is classified as “hate”. You can’t say opposition to homosexuality or systematic changes to endorse it are religious bigotry, because there are secular reasons not to do so.

I wish I could tell you I care. Oops.
